Octopath Traveler 2 Ex Skill Locations
The Trial Of Mana Island – Here you can unlock the Sage’s Trance ability, which allows your character to use the four basic elements in the game.
The Slumbering Sanctuary – This is a location you can reach after you have finished Chapter 4 of the game. You can find the Skill Elusive Dream, which allows you to use healing on a single ally at the start of battle.
The Scarlet Plateau – After completing Chapter 5 in the game, you can find the Ranger’s Culmination ability here. This skill increases the range of your attacks.
The Labyrinth Of Beasts – On this location you can find the Scholar’s Tome ability which allows you to use any of the four basic elements in battle.
The Catacombs Of Fire – Here you can unlock the Warrior’s Rumbling Blaze ability which increases your physical attack power.
The Twin Architecture – Unlocking the Thief’s Shadow Dart ability is possible after finishing Chapter 9. This ability allows you to surprise attack an enemy.
The Shrine Of Oblivion – Here you can get the Shaman’s Resilience ability, which allows you to heal a single ally at the start of battle.
The Cerulean Steppe – Found on the last chapter, you can get the Apothecary’s Elixir ability here, which increases an ally’s maximum HP.
Using Ex Skills
Ex Skills are powerful abilities that your character can use in battle and can make all the difference when it comes to taking out powerful enemies. To use them, you simply have to press the “Skill” button in the menu, followed by the “Ex Skill” option. From there you can select the skill to use and target it on an enemy.
