Hogwarts Legacy – Bardolph Beaumont

The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has produced some of the world’s greatest witches, wizards and now students. One of the legacy students is Bardolph Beaumont, born on 8 December 1861 to an unknown Muggle father and an unknown witch mother.

Early Life

Bardolph Beaumont had a difficult early life: his parents decided to abandon him at a very young age, resulting in his being raised in an orphanage by a couple of kindly witches. However, the disappearance of his parents did have one positive effect. Thanks to their “accidental” patronage, Bardonlpf was accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the tender age of fourteen.

Time at Hogwarts

Though his roots remain a mystery, Bardolph proved himself at Hogwarts to be a powerful wizard. He was a fiercely loyal to both the school and his friends, and quickly earned the respect of those around him. He was a skilled Dueller, winning several inter-house competitions. He also developed a keen interest in Herbology, and soon became an expert in many branches of magical healing.

Legacy

Bardolph Beaumont left a lasting legacy at Hogwarts. He stayed on in the school as a Professor, teaching classes in Herbology and Healing Magic. He was noted for his generosity and wisdom, and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Thanks to his tireless efforts, the Beaumont Herbology Garden came into being.

His memory lives on in the Hogwarts Library, where a portrait of Beaumont hangs in homage to his contribution to the wizarding world. To this day, many of his students fondly remember him as an inspiration, and are proud to sincerely honor the name of Bardolph Beaumont.

Bardolph Beaumont was an inspirational figure for many young witches and wizards studying at Hogwarts. He left a lasting legacy at the school, both in terms of his teaching and his kind heart. His love of Herbology and Healing Magic has been passed on to many of his students, and his memory still lives on in the Hogwarts Library.
