With this in mind, the Carson House has taken extra steps to ensure the safety of our residents when we let in a pizza delivery man.

Background Check on Delivery Personnel

We conduct a thorough background check on all of our delivery personnel before they begin delivering pizzas to our residents. We also provide training to ensure they know how to conduct themselves in our home.

Check Supplied Car

We also check the car that the delivery man is using to make our resident’s pizza delivery. All cars used by delivery personnel must be inspected to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety regulations.

Safety Protocols

We have a number of safety protocols in place to make sure our resident’s stay safe. All delivery personnel must:

• Wear a face mask and gloves at all times.
• Sanitize any surfaces they come into contact with, including the door.
• A manager or staff member is always with the delivery personnel at all times and will investigate any suspicious activity.
• Verbalize that they are from the Carson House for the delivery.
• Never enter the residence and stay in the lobby or outside.
