Atomic Heart, the much hyped FPS title, released a new and exciting update today. Mutable Path, the developers of Atomic Heart, describe the update as a “huge step forward in the development of Atomic Heart”.

1. Mana, a new resource and economy system that is driven by the game’s various factions.
2. Revamped UI, with a revised inventory, crafting, and population management system.
3. A new weapon crafting system which allows players to create custom weapons from a selection of different parts.
4. Over 20 new and upgraded levels, with more secrets, secrets, and secrets to find.
5. A brand-new day/night and event system with dynamic day/night cycles.
6. New and returning enemies, including the Gorgon, Fiend, and Spider Queen.
7. New NPCs, including a new character to play and unique story arcs.
8. An updated engine, creating a smoother experience with improved graphics and improved audio.
9. Balance changes, with weapons and abilities rebalanced for better game difficulty.

The Atomic Heart update brings a few major changes to Rage 2 including an enhanced visuals and performance allowing for higher resolutions, an increase in the minimum level requirements for each mission, a new Badlands biome, new enemies, new abilities, new weapons, new vehicles, an upgrade system allowing you to customize weapons and vehicles to your liking, more vehicle control options, faster respawn times, and an improved in-game weather system.
